The 10 Raptures10/4/2022 Most people don't know this but there are 10 Raptures mentioned in the bible. First let me start by saying that the word rapture is not in the bible so a lot of people don't believe in it. With that said, let me also say that the word Bible is also not found in the bible but we can all agree that there is a bible. The word rapture is translated from the Greek word "harpazo" and the Latin word "rapturo." The Greek word harpazo means to be snatched up quickly. The Latin word rapturo means to be caught up in the air at an instant. Here are the 10 Raptures mentioned in the bible: • 1. Enoch (lived 365 years and then he was raptured in Gen 5:21 • 2. The prophet Elijah was raptured in 2Kings chapter 2 • 3. Jesus after he rose from dead • 4. The old testament Saints after Jesus rose in matthew 27 • 5. Phillip had a partial rapture. He went from the dessert to Azotus in Acts chapter 8 • 6. Paul who was raptured into the 3rd heaven in 2 Corinthians 12 • 7. The Next Rapture hasn't happened yet. This is the next big prophetic event, Christ's return for his people/ his church. Paul talks about it in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 • 8. Then you have the 2 witnesses of Revelation chapter 11 • 9. Then 144,000 servants that are Raptured in Revelation 14 • 10. The tribulation Saints who will be beheaded/ martyred by the Antichrist in the 7-year period. These are the people who don't take the mark of the beast in Revelations. Now hopefully with that much evidence you can believe in the rapture. Embracing Your Weakness6/17/2021 “Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
2 Corinthians 12:8-9 NIV Do you ever find yourself suddenly aware of your own weaknesses? Being aware of your weaknesses if it was up to you and your own Good works you wouldn’t stand a chance of achieving salvation. We should find great comfort in the fact that we are nothing without salvation in Christ. When we know our weaknesses then we are more aware of our need for the lords strength. When we put ourselves in a position of humility and ask him to be strong where we are weak he is delighted to help us. Think of it this way you don’t have to ask a knight in shining armor twice to rescue his princess. Thankfully God made away for us to be united with him despite impatience, selfishness, anger and pride. God deeply cares for us and patiently comforts us with steady, faithful and adoring love. Gods love even goes beyond this to embrace and transform our weakness when we give it to him. Weakness isn’t something to be feared or hidden. When we give our weakness to God it allows the power of Christ to work in and through us. Sometime we can feel so tired and disappointed. But we should thank God for allowing us to be weak. We should know that God can work best with our weary heart and so we should give it over to him and ask for his renewal. Today I challenge you to prayerfully submit your weakness to God so that through him you can be strong. His transformative love is waiting to Graciously restore you. Prayer: Jesus I humbly acknowledge that I could not rescue myself. thank you that I live a life that you have redeemed and are restoring. Lift me up in strength today. What kind of sponge are you?5/6/2021 “Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up.”
Proverbs 12:25 NIV When you wake up you choose to soak up the rest of your day. The first thing you soak up will determine your day... So before you soak up negative thoughts and feelings soak up the word of GOD.. Choose to soak positive thoughts and feelings. God Bless! “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NIV By: Crystal Gomez A shinning Example!4/21/2021 Are you a woman trying to walk a Christian path and wondering what is different about your life? Can others see that you love Christ by the choices you’re making?
Ephesians 2:10 We are God‘s handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do. We are all sinners but through Jesus Christ we can accept the gift of Christ salvation and sometimes that walk is a hard walk and sometimes it may seem you are often being looked at to be a certain way as a Christian Woman. Or sometimes we can fall away and fall short from what we know God has for us. But see that is the beauty of being a strong woman, and a leader. You see God has given you the grace to be an example of his light and love. You don’t have to try and be somebody else just be the way that he created you to be. Today as you wake up and get ready for the day you may not have thought today was much of a different day from yesterday and maybe you don’t see the good deeds that you have done as being particularly spiritual because life can get busy and things can be thrown at us to distract us but remember God created you as an image of him. So when you wake up for the day put your armor of Jesus Christ on and let him guide you and your spiritual walk to be a good light and show love to those around you. Whether it be opening the door for somebody or buying somebody’s coffee or just telling them that they’re beautiful or to have a great day or that Jesus loves them or pray for somebody or call the person that you thought of the night before. You see it’s the simple things in life that we forget about, the simple things can change a person's life, can change a person's path in a better direction, it may have just been the answer to their prayer that they just prayed that morning or the night before. You see I know life can get busy I know it can throw us a curve ball, but we can’t Forget why God has placed us here, why God has brought you out of the life that you were living, why God placed certain people in your life, why God chose to take a rib out of Adam and create Eve? We are truly made to love, inspire, and comfort those around us. So today I tell you to be encouraged that you are a shining example of his love and continue to show your light and others will see how a life with Christ is a beautiful one. Don’t let those around you dictate the person that you should be. choose to be the better person, choose to be the person that God chose you to be, and that is a shining Example! So take a minute and just ask yourself these questions What is different about your life? Can others see that you love Christ by the choices you’re making? If you can’t answer these questions and apply them to your Christian path, I challenge you get in your word and get in your prayer and see what changes must be done. God Bless! By: Crystal Gomez Blood Of The Lamb (Passover Explained)3/22/2021 What Is The Passover? And why is it important?
Passover this year 2021 began in the evening of Saturday, March 27 and ends in the evening of Sunday, April 4. #Passover also called Pask or Paska in the Book of Exodus, in which the Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt. Because the Egyptian Pharaoh would not let the Israelites go God command the Israelites to slain (or kill)a lamb and put the blood on the door because he was going to send a plague and death to the land but anyone with the blood of the lamb would not get harm. Exodus 12:13 - Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. Fast forward to Jesus on the cross which scriptures told us he Jesus was our perfect lamb that would be sacrificed for our sins. (1 Peter 1:19 but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect) and Remember John the Baptist said ("Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! - John 1:29) No coincidence that his last supper they were celebrating the Passover and then Jesus got arrested and began his suffering unto the cross. (Read Mark 14:12) Jesus Christ paid the price with his life. He shed his blood for you and me. It is his Blood that Saves you from Death. The Power is In The BLOOD! It is the Blood that can set you FREE! You were once a Slave to the Devil But the BLOOD Sets you FREE! Just like Pharaoh wouldn't let the people go he had them beat down, wore out, mistreated, abused , ashamed, They thought they weren't going to make it much longer. Pharaoh wouldn't let them go But the Blood set them Free! You now have the blood of Jesus Christ and it can Set You Free!
